I just wanted to share the wonderful experience I had with Arch Foundation Repair company. To keep it short: We were on day 6 of our 7-day option period purchasing the Short Sale property. The client insisted to have his own Inspector evaluating the property. Inspector’s opinion was that the “property has some major foundation issues and that it could take 10-20-30 thousand dollars to fix it”. Consequently, my client decided against moving forward with the purchase of the house. I called Tamera at Arch Foundation Repair on ridiculously short notice and she was able to get Christian A. on site right away (even though they were overbooked). He was very efficient, effective, and courteous and was able to get a quote to my client within the next couple of hours. The quote was much lower than what the inspector suggested!
